Update - practising

I have neglected this blog for a long time. I have decided to include a log of my practice, lessons learnt etc. as well as personal reviews of gigs.

I have been having lessons from Simon Savage for a while. He is very structured and a good tutor. He very much has his own ideas and expects you to follow them. Having said that that can be useful if you want to learn what he knows / teaches, which is very much the bebop style. He is a really good player and I always enjoy his gigs.
